Valentin is a highly skilled insolvency practitioner, being a permanent collaborator of the
Romanian Parliament as a consultant for the specialized committees of the Senate, in order
to improve the national legislation in the field of insolvency.
During his career, he was involved in various insolvency proceedings, as an insolvency lawyer,
as well as a trustee in bankruptcy (judicial administrator and/or liquidator).
Valentin graduated from the „Nicolae Titulescu” Law School and holds a LL.M in Bussiness
Law from the University of Bucharest Law School. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar and
member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania.

With over 10 years of practice, Lucian have successfully managed extensive reorganization and/or bankruptcy proceedings, as an insolvency lawyer, as well as a trustee in bankruptcy (judicial administrator and/or liquidator).
Lucian graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and holds an LL.M in Business Law from the same University. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
